Shipping policy

Oceans4Us Initiative: Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every item at Oceans4Us Initiative is custom-printed specifically for your order. Because we utilize a print-on-demand fulfillment model, our shipping process works a little differently than traditional retail.

1. Order Production Time (Before Shipping)

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your apparel and gear to be manufactured, printed, and quality-checked. This production phase happens before your item is handed over to the shipping carrier.  

2. Shipping Options & Transit Times

Once your item has been produced and leaves our fulfillment center, it ships by Standard Shipping.

• Standard Shipping: FREE on orders over $40. Orders under $40 have a shipping charge, calculated at checkout. Delivered within 3 to 7 business days after production.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking link to update with your package's movement.

4. Multiple Shipments

To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages. We partner with specialized fulfillment facilities, meaning a windbreaker and a rash guard may ship from different locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.  You only pay shipping once, at checkout.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. If a package is returned to us for this reason, reshipment will require an additional shipping fee.
